Promotional products are discounted for a limited time and can fluctuate. Once a promotional period has ended, the products will only be available at the new price stated and not the previous discounted price.
OUTLET
Our Outlet collection features a range of designer products, some of which may have had the box opened, they may be from a change-of-mind customer return or they may simply be ex-display items. Most of our Outlet items are brand new however, some do have minor cosmetic imperfections.
Please note - Outlet products are excluded from all discount codes and returns are only accepted should the item not be as described.

How it works:
We review our pricing on a daily basis to ensure we’re bringing you the best price possible, however, in the rare case you find a product cheaper elsewhere we promise to beat that price for you.
• The product must be in stock and available to purchase on a UK website in £GBP at the time of your request.
• The product must be in the exact same colour, size, finish and style.
• The product must be full price and not reduced at the time of your request.
• The price must include delivery to the same place, we will need a postcode to fully assess.
We will issue a bespoke discount code or gift card for the difference if the price match is approved.
There are a few terms and conditions specific to Olivia's Price Promise:
• We can't offer price matches for products which have already been purchased from us, you must inform us of the price match before making your purchase.
• The discount or promotional code will be locked to your account and can only be used by you.
• We do not offer a Price Promise on items sold on discounted, auction or marketplace websites such as Amazon or eBay.
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse a price match which would result in financial loss or unacceptable profit margins.
• To limit the quantities of price matches from a single customer.
• Not match trade or wholesale prices.
• We may discontinue our price match promise at any time.
